What follows is a plain description of how this website behaves — what it keeps, what it sends, and who receives a request when you load a page. Every statement here can be checked against the site itself.
Cookies
This website sets no cookies. There is no analytics, no tag manager and no tracking pixel on any page.
The enquiry forms
Nothing you type into the contact form or the quotation form is sent to, processed by, or stored on this website. Pressing send opens your own e-mail application with the details filled in, addressed to info@exportbabel.com. Until you send that message yourself, what you typed has not left your computer.
Your browser's own storage
One value is kept in your browser, babel_gate_seen, so that the entrance is shown once per visit rather than on every page. It is never transmitted anywhere, and it is discarded when you close the tab.
Third parties that receive a request
Loading a page fetches the typefaces from Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com) and, at the entrance, a 3D library from Cloudflare (cdnjs.cloudflare.com). Those services receive your IP address in the ordinary course of serving a file, as they would for any site that uses them. Nothing else is requested from any other host.
E-mail you send us
An enquiry sent to info@exportbabel.com arrives in a mailbox hosted by Hostinger and is read by BABEL staff in order to answer it.
The formal notice
A privacy notice under Egypt's Personal Data Protection Law (Law 151 of 2020) is being prepared by a qualified legal adviser and will be published on this page. It is not written by the team that built the site, and nothing above is offered in its place.
